Janie Lowrie’s position at LA Closet Design blends her business expertise with a lifelong passion for interior design and fashion, enabling her to coordinate the day-to-day operations of a thriving company while articulating its unique aesthetic vision. 

Prior to her arrival at LA Closet Design, Janie established herself in the entertainment industry as a Literary Manager for Intellectual Property Group and a Creative Executive for Paul Haggis and Larry Becsey’s Blackfriars Bridge Films, where she managed an eclectic range of notable productions including Crash, Million Dollar Baby, Flags of Our Fathers and In the Valley of Elah.  Janie holds a B.S. in Industrial Labor Relations and Human Resources from Cornell University.  She was born and raised in Los Angeles in a family of artists and designers, lending a synchronicity to the career path that led her from the Hollywood fast track to the timeless, luxurious style of LA Closet Design.
